Kijaba village is located where the Lankaran lowland meets the Talish mountains. There used to be a village of the same name here, and later, after the establishment of a state farm of subtropical plants and the construction of a tea factory, the village turned into a settlement. On one side is the Lovain reservoir and on the other side are tea plantations.
